Lois Lerner Emails Released: "Lincoln Should Have Let The South Go..."

Tsing is pretty moderate...He's openly criticized alot of Republican talking points and even admitted that he voted for Obama in 2008...I think it speaks volumes that you (Freddie) continue to try and paint Tsing as some radical right wing wingnut, when it's glaringly obvious that it merely reflects how far to the left you reside...

I couldn't have said it better myself.

No, he's not quite as radical as some of you other guys are. But he pretends to be "balanced" when he's really not. There's a word for that.

And yet you have embraced him into your fold, despite his alleged past transgressions. He voted for Obama? I just did a quick search. Unless I am mistaken, Tsing was previously Ivanovich. Even as early as 2009, Ivanovich wrote he didn't like Obama any more than anyone else. Didn't Obama just get into office in 2009? That was quick.

Super sleuth Freddie on the case, always on the lookout for someone's inconsistencies (but blissfully aware of his own)!

Yes, I was Ivanovich before giving up my moderator position (never lied about that). Yes, I voted for Obama, and yes, once Obama did the bailout and got into office and did not keep his word to go after the bankers and financial industry, I realized he was full of shit and I should never have voted for him. It was quick - I'm a quick study. Some folks, like yourself are here 7 years later and still haven't caught on. I've never lied about the fact that I thought my voting for Obama to be a mistake. I've even mentioned the website "ImsorryIvotedForObama.com" (you can use your super detective skills to uncover that, too).

I don't pretend to be balanced. I state my opinion as it is, and that's that. People are perceived by others to be balanced, or they are not. Like in your case, pretty much everyone here perceives you to be a radical, self-righteous worm from the far left. I'm sure you don't claim that - it's just how folks see you. Cretins like yourself make me want to go more to the right, but then I find my zen point and remember that "swatting at the fly means the fly has distracted you from your purpose."

Ohm mani padme uhm.

So if I'm far left because I don't dislike Obama, that makes him far left by your reckoning. Right?

P.S. By "pretty much everyone here," I assume you refer to your echo chamber orchestra.

You wouldn't recognize a Zen point if you sat on one. With that in mind, your Zen point might well be at the tip of your Kanata sword that you so dearly love. Sit on it and be one with the universe.

No, you're far left because there isn't a single example of you ever criticizing anything or anyone on the left regardless of how ridiculous the issue was. Ever. Period. So while I may not be spot on balanced and in the middle, I am the Rock of Gibraltar in the middle of the political spectrum when compared with your positioning.

P.S. By "pretty much everyone here," I assume you refer to your echo chamber orchestra.

I refer to folks on this site, yeah. That's pretty much the environment in which we operate, is it not? Although I'd be willing to bet money you're like this in real life, on those occasions when you integrate with society (you know, shopping for groceries, laundry mat, etc.).

edit to respond to your last point: You know how I know I've pissed you off, Freddie? Because you have to create a second post to answer my first post. That means you spent time re-reading it, seething over it and had to comment on some "witty" repartee you thought of afterwards.

And it's "Katana".

It might be time for a new nickname, Freddie.

No, it's because you are a lemming. You never break from the narrative. Instead of sticking your head out and disagreeing with some policy decision, you go out of your way to rationalize it (Ricter does the same thing)...

Tsing assesses things on a case by case basis...and FWIW, this "opposite is equal" standard can also be applied...Go ahead and show me how many on the so called "right" were still singing Bush's praises 7 years later (2007)...Now, I already know that you will make a snarky remark about Bush being such an inferior President to Obama...Truth be told, they're is very little difference.

Precisely. Ricter has openly stated that he does this - not necessarily because he believes in not criticizing the point, but because he believes he's doing some sort of balancing act with the amount of negativity already presented on the case. I don't follow that all that well, but he's at least stated why he does it. In Freddie's case, he's just that rabid.
