Login Loop Problem

This forum has no formal connection to IBKR. I doubt that they would devote the necessary resources to have someone monitor or participate in this forum. This section of the forum is titled "Interactive Brokers" simply because it is a dedicated area for IBKR customers to communicate amongst themselves. It is not an "official" IBKR forum.

I'm sure IBKR has a contact link for accountholders to submit feedback about their products and services. If you want someone to listen and maybe even respond, that's where you should go.

Are you saying that, that is misinformation
and what is posted here is not true?
 
You might try a different browser. I use Firefox but have Chrome or Edge just in case something isn't working. I have run into the occasional web site where some key field or button isn't displayed correctly (it's there but invisible).

It's also possible that a field has an error and the message isn't displayed or not obvious so you can't proceed.

I've also had issues because I use an ad blocker that's suppressing something important.
