Login Failed, Soft Token = 0 after Auto-restart

Hello,

I am a TWS IB newbie. Using the latest offline version 978.1b sometimes it logs in correctly after restart and sometimes I get this error message:

Login Failed - Soft token = 0 received instead of expected permanent for zdc1.ibllc.com:4000

I am also running SierraChart that connects to TWS API (waits for a TWS restart to reconnect)

There seems to be a pattern that the first auto-restart after a manual login works correctly but the next (second day) the issue above occurs...

I also considered using ver < 974 + IBC but as IB recommends restarting on daily basis I prefer to use the above.

Anybody familiar with this issue? What could be causing this?

Did you ever find a solution for the error message? I'm getting a similar error message every day after the 24 hour auto restart fails for TWS:
"login failed - soft token = 0 received instead of expected permanent for ndc1.ibllc.com:4001"
I've opened a ticket with Interactive Brokers for technical assistance but as is typical, they haven't helped me at all.
