logging into IB acct management problem- ever seen this?

When I try to log into my account on IB's website, after typing my user id and password, I am always taken to a page for trading permissions for the Sydney futures exchange. Nothing I do will get me anywhere else, I'm completely locked out it seems (unless I actually want to subscribe to the SFE).

Anyone had similar problems and can provide some help? IB has not responded to my email yet.

You may have rec'd a reply from the CS desk by now but here's the deal.

My guess is you subscribed to SFE a long time ago. The agreements for the SFE need to updated. Thus all you need to do is sign the new agreement and things well go back to normal.
