When it costs a min of $40,000 a year to house a criminal is it really that bad? Need prisons like in Nigeria and India.

We need prisons exposed to the heat and cold so that, criminals suffer. Prisons should be a place where criminals dread being locked up. Maybe, make a deal with other countries to house the most hardened and violent criminals we have in prison. That would free up prison space and these criminals will get what they actually, deserve. A big problem is those Democrat prosecutors letting violent criminals go without charges. Maybe, their offices can be defunded by Republican governors. If they refuse to do their jobs, maybe, their funding can be cut.
