Geithner commented he is not "concerned" about market`s reaction with regards to his "rescue plan". So the market does what he is not "concerned" about : wiping out private investor`s equity.
 
Geithner was also not concerned about market reaction when he let Lehman go bust one Sunday late night. We all know how that went :cool:
