What time of the day did you trade today, the morning for me was a breeze but the afternoon trading session kicked my butt. I wrote on another thread and you may find this helpful to record your trading day with a video capture software, where you can narrate what you were thinking at the moment, then go over it at the end of the day and critique yourself. There are a few good free ones out there.

Nice one, totally agree, I think that's why I got slapped so hard today by the market, I was following all my rules but I guess I was just forcing trades towards the end of the day. The defense stocks looked strong but LMT dragged them down, had I known LMT was the leader of the pack I would have made a killing because all of the big defense stocks just followed suit and took a dive.

on a side note ....Earlier today Shorted 5 lots of 6E @ 1.3617 covered at 1.353 in my thinkorswim account. Thank you federal reserve.

you might as well make it more interesting
which trades did you follow in your plan and which ones you didnt etc

add frequecies of win and losses
cum win/ loss $$ etc

put your thinking down on a trade...grade them according to following your plan or not etc...

make it your learning ground

posting profit loss is ok but hopefully you get where im coming from etc

Starting tomorrow I will post all those goodies so maybe someone can help me out a little more based on their observations of my entries/exits ect.

Short 1 contract 1102.25 ....overbought /heavy bid volume/ top of channel.

Target 1099.25

Stop loss 1103.75


May move the stop loss and target in favor of the trade if it breaks bottom trend line and starts running.
