Living on a boat and avoiding taxes

I found leaving Switzerland to be a sort of nightmare.
You have to do it at a border (I was going to catch a boat in France in a van loaded with seven trunks....lol).
I literally rehearsed with an resident staff aid to be sure I had the paperwork straight.
The taxation proofs were the key.
Not if you try to leave but if you have to leave. Ask those who went to Vietnam, Afghanistan or Iraq.
I mean: ask it to those who came back alive.
If you would have gone to school you would have known that there is also a form of civilization and a reasonable form of living outside of the US.
Glad that you think the US is the only thing that is worth living in. In that way we are sure that you will stay there.

A few years back I used to fly to Zurich every 1 or 2 months on business. You fly from the US litter society to the Swiss clean society. Its a very stark contrast. The US is often a place of debris strewn everywhere: litter all over the place and with old durable stuff & old autos visibly abandoned. In Zurich and its countryside its neat, tidy, lawns mown and manicured, streets litter free.
I don't claim one society is better than the other. The Swiss are fine. Get to know them in their family settings. They are relaxing company.

I found some surveys about the best countries or places to live.
They should give you a general idea where it is good and where it is bad. It's only a general idea, because those who are very wealthy in a bad country probably have a better live than the poorest in the best country. I'm not sure you will understand this (based on what i read from you).
First list of best countries: 9 of the top 10 countries are in Europe.
Second list of best countries: 9 of the top 10 countries are in Europe.
Third list:13 of the top 20 best cities are in Europe, not a single american city is mentioned.
My conclusion: your "we are the greatest, the best and the biggest in the world" attitude is foolish. At least if we speak about good places to live. The lists prove that there is also live outside of the US. I don't say these lists are the Holy Bible, but they are what they are.
I know, this must cause severe psychological damage to you, but that's live.
I found these list by googling "best countries to live". So no manipulation.
It is a bit of a paradox, that is having lots of money in a poor country when you consider that list mentions Sweden which is one of the highest taxed countries in the world. I do understand though as I have studied and discussed it with my European friends. In Sweden there are less financial extremes as the financial play field is leveled by socialism. In contrast to the US, where you have ghettos sometimes within walking distance of million dollar neighborhoods.
