Living large in South Florida

Both TX and NV have no state income tax, but you know that. Besides TX housing is much cheaper than NV, just check realtor.com if you don't believe me. It's a bubble that is deflating IMO. My trading buddy lives right off the strip. Many high rise condos are just sitting unsold right now. Just wait about a year, then you can cherry pick what you want. Maybe Don Bright can chime in here on the local NV situation.
Yes...I was just comparing it to Colorado (Denver area). I have already been checking into condo properties in Vegas and I have found a few I really like (and I agree about the timing of a purchase....it does seem like better deals may be ahead).

I have been out there three times in the last few months....I will probably go out there just after new years to look more.

Funny burgary , theft and autotheft all get a graph of their own.
i guess burglary would be entering and stealing, while theft is other stealing like shoplifting and stealing a car radio from a car.

If you don't want burgary , theft and autotheft, crime in general, move to Dubai in United Arab Emirates. 1 million people live in Dubai and its so safe you can leave the keys in the new Lambo

Beautiful new apartments, mansions, no taxes, honest women that are not gold diggers like NYNY and about 20,000 young hookers to choose from. HEAVEN

I ate dinner on Atlantic Av in Delray last night. I hadn't been up there at night in several years. Holy freakin' cow! I can't believe how Delray has improved! From the ocean to Dixie it's non-stop restaurants, shops, bistros. Very neat.

And tell them what happens when you go 1000 yards west and cross the tracks.

At least in South Florida you can buy a handgun and get a concealed carry permit, to give yourself at least a chance at self-defense, unlike New York and Chicago.
