Appallingly bad (not just because of the relentless heat, but specifically with the very worst in medical care that the US has to offer: doctors working in Las Vegas tend, by all credible accounts, to be the ones who simply couldn't get a job anywhere else in America at all.)

Even the grove is far south, must take close to an hour to get to FLL, maybe longer during the day and rush hour.
