What do traders use to get live up to the second stock and option quotes?

I watch prices with the streaming live quotes from my account at OptionsXpress but I don't know if their streaming quotes are up to the split second?

What do you traders here use?
 
Could you elite trader members post who you use for live tick by tick quotes?
And the fees and if you're happy with who you use.
