I've used the Ffastfill Trainer. It works very well. I think you can trial it free for one week. Quotes are real time and accurate and executions are extremely fast.

I use the FFastfill simulator. It works greatl. Extremely life like trading up to the point where you truly can get the butterflies . I'm looking forward to going live shortly, the trainer definitely has been a HUGE help.
