Live Real Time IB Trade Confirmations?

I just closed a trade a few hours ago and it still doesn't show up in the Live Real Time IB Trade Confirmations report. First time I have noticed such a delay.

It was 2 mini-sized Corn Future (XC) contracts and I think maybe this sort of trade doesn't show up for a while in the report. Anyone else get such a delay in updating the Trade Confirmations?
 
I was getting quotes yesterday [dow mini's] and had a small position from the day before but could not place a trade. It was like the quote server was up but the brokerage server was not... I couldn't place a trade with the browser either..
