Also the short was before the open i took a long from the begining of the trend and i shorted on zone of rejection of yesterday and overnight this also was another mistake as i don't wait to see action i was doing 2 things on the same time so have to stay focused all the time or not trade when disturbed

most of the time i made the day before Us open

The beauty of MES is the ability to add to a loser if your anchor charts and time horizons line up without taking a beating. However, as with the ES, you must be positioned in the direction of the prevailing trend in order to show a profit. You've given no indication as to your methodology or time frame. Assuming you want constructive criticism.

I don't use any chart only DOM and Tape so only trades from action in the DOM
