That said, I see my name mentioned earlier in this thread about verifying someone's math, etc. Let me just say this: if I were posting live trades in a forum, I'd be sure to have proof of real money results to follow.

In my case the CFTC could hold me accountable to public statements made on trade results. But for anyone who feels the need to trade out there in public, why not have real money proof of action?

Neither of you have anything to prove to anyone, in my opinion. Just go ahead and trade your styles, let time take over from there. All the program slams inside a small-range zone the past two days have made trading a challenge for most. Real soon we will see range expansion along with increased volatility, and I'm sure you'll both do very well indeed :>)

Hey there Austin, I like your diplomatic approach :)

JJ is a putz as far as I am concerned. He is welcome to see my statements, but the likes of him will say that it is a fake one. So where is the benefit to me? I will gladly do it for a $1k wager :)
 
Why do I fell reading this journal like watching Geraldo opening Al Capone's safe? All the big expectations, and no delivery? :eek:

Well, I equally don't know either of them, thus I can be objective, as I always am. So here it goes, then I let you guys blast each other.

When Romik started this journal I thought, "I bet this journal won't go for full 5 days", and I proved to be right. Nevertheless I hoped that Romik would make it, if not up to 20 ES, but a decent 12+ points after 5 days. I also told Austin that it is INCREDIBLY hard to make 4 ES a day on average, and Romik just proved my point.

I will give the benefit of doubt to Romik about family illness, but JJ has a point. If your mother is dying, stop posting on stupid messageboards and tend your mother!!! And it is kind of funky that when your luck turns down, you suddenly has better things to do. But if your mom is really sick, my condolances...

Now about your trades:

Monday was good, although I wondered too why you started to trade so late, when there were plenty of moves and easy to catch. Nevertheless you made good and you were right on track to achieve the 20 pts goal.

Tuesday was bad. Your short trade went in the money by 4 ES and you let it turn back on you. In the Augur chatroom I told to my friend at the low, "Romik should cover", but you didn't. That was just bad trading.

Wendesday you went short swing and kept hoping for a meltdown that never came. That position also went in the money eventually by 1 point, but you didn't cover, or used a stop loss.

Right now as the morning futures are up at 1349.5, your open position is in the red by almost 4 pts, thus your journal is also in the red after 4 days.

So you could be a good and profitable trader and I hope you are, but this Journal is not going to be your signature piece as you hoped for. Maybe the pressure of trading publicly was just too much.

Stretching the trades into next Tuesday is changing the rules, but let's see what you can do with it...

Hi Guys, I hope this is my last post as i know u do as well.......while u dismiss me as a kook i will tell romik, jj, austinp.........3 probably very sincere honest guys, all of whom may be very good traders.........all of you see last 2 days as narrow range days........until you see that is very incorrect and see it as golden trading opportunity for huge es pts, you are not trading on the level that gives all the market offers.......there is never a bad day once you get out of the mid level box u all are in.....looking thru the same glasses.........sorry but this is true, and you will most likely never see this simple truth.....i am not talking 5 min scalping as the tic runs up and down the bars....i could tell you what it is but i worked for it now you find it......it is not for sale or gift.......the argument is a moot point.....my daddy can whip your daddy type stuff..........forums are for entertainment and emotional release only.........

JUST A FEW MONTHS AGO PEKKY U ASKED THE MOST NOVICE OBVIOUS QUESTIONS AND NOW U R PRO.......EMINI TRADING IS NOT OVERNNIGHT success stuff.....is that better?.....attacking romik is not proving anything....u were so encouraging until the 3 days test was over........what a ridiculous short time frame to judge a trader or a system......again, if you don't know better than that, stick with equity trading, stocks, which by the way, has zilch to do with trading eminis intraday......and if u don't know that also, don't expose your money, please......i could hand u what would change the world of trading, but it will never be seen by the light of day, except for family and 1 special person.......whom i trust .......romik is better than most here, as he never attacks others unprovoked.......i have given him minor stuff and will encourage him to get back on track instead of forum follies.......
