He will be extradited to the US to face charges then. Anybody no matter where they are in the world can be extradited to the US to face charges against them unless they are in China, North Korea and pretty much all of the Middle East countries.

The BTC futures at CME are crypto derivatives, and they can be lawfully traded in the USA.

As I look carefully at the post by @ETJ, it is not at all clear whether the text in question was written by Allison Morrow at CNN Business or by @ETJ.

Beginning with the section header "Big Picture," there is a very marked change in the style, tone and register of the writing. Everything up to that point is factual reporting, and it suddenly shifts to an extremely casual style, and moves into the realm of highly subjective opinion. I believe that everything after the "Big Picture" header was written by @ETJ and is not part of the CNN Business article.

I am not suggesting that @ETJ intentionally created this confusion.
 
Also: I cannot find the CNN Business article online with the text that appears in the post by @ETJ. I found an article that has some of the text here:

This appears to be a different version of the article. As I am writing this, the timestamp says it was updated June 5 at 5:00 PM ET. But the article copied and pasted by @ETJ has a timestamp of June 5 at 7:44 PM. I can't find that version of the article anywhere.

Again, I am not suggesting that @ETJ has intentionally manipulated the text. But I can't figure out who wrote what.

don’t know why Nancy can stay so long in the house, but Paul is seasoned investor. All the trades I saw were blue chip deep in the money calls, a strategy I also use, it is buy the dip trades.

name one trade that looks like obvious insider information.
