It was unofficial.... Almost sounded like an alt coin that wanted brand recognition. Not sure if code is shared or not.
In any case, they use an algorithm that can be used with old mining hardware, it's supposed to be faster, and much cheaper transaction fees.
Sold a few and bought etc for upcoming fork
That is alright. Greed from forking is no different than greed from holding. And the whole idea of forking shows that no crypto is unique....
