Is it permissable for a women to work..Not in times of difficulty but to teach a subject in school..ALso can men have silver teeth not for medical reasons?

1. Allah ta’ala states, ‘And stay within your homes.’ (Ahzaab 33). Considering the above, if there is no necessity, it will not be permissible.

2. It is not permissible for men to have silver teeth. They are only allowed to wear silver teeth for medical reasons (in case of necessity). (Tabyeenul Haqaaid vol.7 pg.36-37 – Ilmiyah)

Plz tell me about Osama bin ladin and Taliban

Taliban was a valid Shar'ee government. The methods adopted by the Taliban
were in accordance to the Shari'ah. In the Shari'ah. The Imaam (Islamic
ruler) has the right and duty to enforce the external laws of the Shari'ah.
This had been the practice of the four rightly guided Khulafaa Raashideen.

Usama ibn Laadin is an upright Muslim and a devoted Mujaahid of Islam. The
allegations made against him were malicious, and designed to justify the
west's war against Islam. He, himself, has vehemently denied these
allegations. In Islam, the ideal system of appointment of the Ameer is that
of Shura (consultation) with the Ulama. The Ulama or the senior and
responsible members of the society should appoint the Ameer, who will then
appoint his government. This is the most preferred method. However, should a
proper Islamic government be established by other methods, e.g. monarchy,
then as long as they rule in accordance with the Shari'ah, they will be a
valid Islamic government.

Salaamz While trading in stocks can we do short sale ie sell stocks in advance and buy them at a lower price later in the day?

There are two views of the Ulama regarding investing in unit trusts. Some Ulama are of the opinion that it is permissible to buy unit trusts on condition the shares that are purchased are not from companies that deal in Haraam or major source of their income is Halaal.

Other Ulama are of the opinion that the concept of limited liability in unit trust is against Shariah as the concept of juristic person has no Shar’ie basis.

We are currently corresponding with those Ulama who are inclined towards permissibility. We have not received any conclusive responses as yet. Once we are satisfied with their arguments we will inform the public accordingly.

OMG, this site just keeps getting crazier and crazier. Check out this question and answer:

I have a couple of questions about tahaarah. 1. on my underwear sometimes I see spots of impurity, can one pray salah while wearing it or does it need to be washed?

1. If the amount of impurity is lesser than the inner portion of ones palm, Salaah may be performed with the impurity but is Makrooh (reprehensible). However, if the amount of impurity exceeds this amount, it will then be necessary to wash it thrice before performing Salaah.

2. If the impurity cannot be seen and there is just a mere feeling of wetness, the clothes will be considered as pure. There is no need to wash it.

3. According to Shariah, if one quarter of the Satr (private parts) is exposed during Salaah, the Salaah will become invalid. Therefore, if an on looker will be able to see at least one quarter of the Satr (private parts), the Salaah will not be correct even though there may not be anyone in the room.

The custom of Shiites using their middle finger to swipe their anus after using the toilet, is it only applicable to Shiites or for all the Muslims. Are there any hadithes regarding this ?

The custom in reference has no basis in Shari'ah.

Shari'ah emphasises on cleaning oneself thoroughly after relieving him/herself.

I would like to ask that does the size of the penis matter?. If so what size should it be? because i am worried

Answer: If the penis is small but normal, it does not matter.

If the penis is abnormal, for example, cut off (Majboob) then that matters. In such a situation, the wife has a right to apply for an annulment of her marriage.

Do we have to shave scrotum? What exactly is "hind parts" that we have to shave?

A: One has to shave the scrotum and the hair around it as well.

By hind parts is meant the circle around the anus, as it is very likely that faeces could get attached to any hair present there. (Raddul Muhtaar Vol.2 Pg.481-H.M.Saeed, Tahtaawi alal Maraaqi Pg.527-Ilmiyyah, Fathul Bari Vol.10 Pg.343)

Ok, enough of the scrotum shaving bits. This one is serious as cancer:

Q:I have a question about offensive Jihad. Does it mean that we are to attack even those non-Muslims which don't do anything against Islam just because we have to propagate Islam?

I have been reading Tafsir e Usmani for the last month or so. In it I have read that offensive Jihad (first attack) should be done by Muslims for 2 reasons. 1) For the sake of Allah (in the Way of God) 2) For the sake of subjugated people under oppression like in Kashmir, Palestine etc. Now the second reason I completely understand. But the explanation given of the first reason is "For the sake of Allah includes the propagation of Islam, the survival of Islam, the extermination of those hindrances which impede the progress and expansion of Islam." (explanation of verse 190, Surah baqara) I really don't understand this explanation. What does propagation of Islam mean here? Does it mean that we are to attack even those non-Muslims which don't do anything against Islam just because we have to propagate Islam? For example, there are many countries in the world which are not enemies of Islam in any way (at least I think so). Please explain to me against which Non-Muslims, the Muslims have to do Jihad and against which, Jihad is not allowed. JazakAllah Khair.

A: You should understand that we as Muslims firmly believe that the person who doesn't believe in Allah as he is required to, is a disbeliever who would be doomed to Hell eternally. Thus one of the primary responsibilities of the Muslim ruler is to spread Islam throughout the world, thus saving people from eternal damnation.

Thus what is meant by the passage in Tafsir Uthmani, is that if a country doesn't allow the propagation of Islam to its inhabitants in a suitable manner or creates hindrances to this, then the Muslim ruler would be justifying in waging Jihad against this country, so that the message of Islam can reach its inhabitants, thus saving them from the Fire of Jahannum. If the Kuffaar allow us to spread Islam peacefully, then we would not wage Jihad against them.

Yup-in other words, non-beleivers and free society is a "hindrance" to islam, and would easily qualify for the "holy war"version of jihad.

Does this really surprise anyone?...

Q: Is Osamah bin Laden is really a hero of Islamic Ummah? Do Taliban government of Afghanistan done right by demolishing the Buddah statues?

My question is that Is Osamah bin Laden is really a hero of Islamic Ummah? If he is involved in bombings at US Embassies worldwide (as US government claims) did he done any service to todays Muslim world? Is it right to kill Americans whether government officers in such bombings according to Islamic rules? My second question is that Do Taleban government of Afghanistan done right by demolishing the Buddhah statues? There are wide Fatwas against there this act. What is your fatwa?

A: 1. Usama ibn Laden is a practising Muslim, and thus, our brother in Islam.
He has made many sacrifices for the Deen, in particular, the Jihaad of Afghanistan. While we respect him for this, we do not raise any person to any position, except that which Allah Ta'ala wishes.
2. He himself has denied involvement. Why should we then doubt him? Even if a billion Kuffaar say the opposite, the word of a single practising Muslim is more acceptable to us.
3. It was an Islamic duty for the Taliban to have destroyed the idols.

and then they say that Islam is a peaceful religion

"they just want to be left alone" yeah right, don't think so!

If there is one thing history teaches us is that people don't learn from history and keep on making the same mistakes.
