List of stocks on NYSE/Nasdaq in Excel format?

Anyone know of a place I can find this?

I want to analyze the ~3200 Nas stocks and the ~2700 NYSE stocks... no Amex, no OTC, only the two exchanges that MATTER

attached in .txt, but you can store in whatever format you like. remember-the list changes a lot(specially these days)

you probably can find lists on data providers or brokers websites..i know IB have all stocks..and IQ feed-
