anyone knows PB for small funds that are similar to Interactive (multiple markets, products, etc) but that offers ECN rebates and lower commissions?

Some others I've come across:

Merlin
UBS
ABN Amro (which bought the part of Fortis you're probably interested in)
Sage Trader

Its all about 'access' and who has access to the correct relationships in place. Whoever has real edge when it comes to relationships is where I always tend to gravitate towards.

it seems that a lot of them only focus on either north american markets or european markets. I am looking for one really just similar to IB (access to many different markets, products, currency holding, good electronic platform, etc). I would go for IB if it offers a commission structure more suitable for institutions than retail. I want ECN rebates, lower commission for asian markets, cheaper shorting cost, etc.

I really like Mary Kay, Laura Mercier, REVLON and L'Oreal. If you're looking for one that has a large presence in Asian markets, I'd go with Shiseido. I think they have sales rebates for purchases over $100 at Sephora. A good primer is crap without a good foundation.
