List of great muslim/arab inventions or discoveries

I was googling for something of importance, and this is what I found. Doggy style is another great discovery not actually invented by the West as previously thought as the doctor in the article says.

C'mon fellas there has to be more, maybe think in more recent times. Or in the fields of medicine. This culture has been around forever, I mean didnt organized societites start in the Fertile Crecent. I would have believe that with such a head start that such a race would have brought many gifts of enlightenment to the world. So lets hear them.

It was a legit question asking about muslim/arab inventors.

I dont think any jews would mind if you asked about great jewish inventors.
