List of all stocks on an Exchange ( AMEX, NYSE, NASDAQ )

I'm looking for a resource that can provide me with a list of all equities on a stock exchange( AMEX, NYSE, NASDAQ). I need it to be in a format (excel, csv, etc... ) that I can import into a database.

This site gives me a list but I cannot download the entire list.

Does anyone know of a website or software that can provide me with this data?

Worden Bros telechart can do this easily but you'd have to at least subscribe to their free trial.

Have you checked the MSN screener?
