I know that these typically come out on Wednesday and Thursday, but what I'm looking for is a data source that can tell me when there were exceptions, either day of the week or time of day, to this. I tried the EIA, but they only keep the info going back one year, for whatever reason.

ForexFactory calendar back arrow goes to june 2007- requires manually checking each Week, not a compiled list.
Other than EIA not aware of historic source for the forecasts, only the actual inventory #'s
Perhaps www.briefing.com inplay subscription or other service, you would need to ask their customer service. Do not currently have an inplay subscription to check.
