Lightspeed Trader - understanding total trade execution costs?

Lightspeed lists $0.0045 as the entry level per share commission on an equities trade (https://www.lightspeed.com/pricing/commission/). Furthermore, they list e.g. $0.003 as the fee for taking liquidity from ARCA or NASDAQ (https://www.lightspeed.com/pricing/routing-fees/). Finally, there are some FINRA $0.000119 and SEC $0.0000051 fees.

Do I understand correctly, that buying or selling 1000 shares of a stock or ETF while taking liquidity from ARCA or NASDAQ would incur the following total execution fee?

1000*(0.0045 + 0.003 + 0.000119 + 0.0000051) = $7.6241
 
The SEC and FINRA TAF are only on sell orders and consistent from broker to broker. The SEC fee is based on the dollar amount of the sale. I'm not willing to calculate those. Our based per share or per trade rate would both cost $4.50 in commissions on 1000 shares and if you take liquidity using ARCA or NSDQ that fees is $0.003/share or $3.00/1000 shares. On 1000 shares with your example, the cost without reg fees would be $7.50. If you add liquidity on that trade, your net would be $2.50 before reg fees. If you use the LSPT route, a flat cost of $0.0015/share, that would be a cost of $1.50/1000 shares for total of $6.00 before reg fees. Does that help?
