Lightspeed trader commission

When I compared the amount of shares I did and the number of trades, I saw that there is a big difference.
I looked carefully and I saw that a huge number of trades were partially filled.
I believe that for each time even if is 10 shares you will have to pay a $1 minimum commission.
Please correct me if I'm wrong.
LS could fix this easily by applying an all or none feature to their software.
Has anyone else noticed this?
 
Ok I have to admit that I was wrong about this one :)

It looks like all partial fillls are combined as one order since they are showing under the same order number.
