Lightspeed commission rates

Apologies if this questions is not in appropriate place on this forum.

Lightspeed charges .00395/shares +/- pass-through fees from equity exchanges and ecn. Does anyone have better rates from Lightspeed? If so, how do you negotiate to get better rates?

Is 1 million shares per month consider high volume?

And what rates should I negotiate for if I do that amount per month?

In your opinion what is average monthly volume we need to trade to get .002/share (or better) from LS or any other firm?
