Since we're on the topic of lightspeed, does any one know if lightspeed has a way of filtering out out of the market prints that would effect stops?

when the stock is at 20.01 x 20.02 your sell stop at 19.98 and there is an outside print 19.98 thus triggering your stop, this is pretty frustrating and has happened to me before. I'm not sure it can be filtered through lightspeed since the stop is at(in my case) at ARCA, but maybe there is a way to avoid this

Does Lightspeed have an API where I can submit orders through excel. I read where you can import your basket orders from a spreadsheet. Does anyone have any expirence with this?
