So on the busiest hour and a half in ages (not for volume as that's evaporated but for tick movement) Liffe connect suddenly stops working.
I wonder if any of the morons who work there might put 2 and 2 together and think "perhaps somethings wrong here that millions of orders/lots are entered yet never trade and perhaps that's affected the host today"
or
Did they they need an emergency timeout so their main client ( the one that apparently does 40-50% of their volume) could their knickers untwisted after the extreme volatility seen today....
CME and Eurex worked fine BTW
