Got auto liquidated on partial, then closed the rest, past conversation with chat was told this would count as 2 day trades, only had 1 available today, maybe they make an exception for auto liquidations? Maybe the CSR didn't know? See if account gets restricted.

Yes, no stop, the thing I worry about with stops is, being limited to 3 day trades a week, if I set stops I feel like I could get stopped out constantly, and my trades will be used up, but a stop would have been really good today, as I'm really hurting right now.
 
You should not worry if you place them wide enough to cover the noise but tight enough to protect you from a big loss day. Place them where you think your trading idea has been invalidated. Some people use recent highs or lows, in your case that would be somewhere above the recent high, because you are short only.
 
Didn't even cover, swing shorts are so dangerous, what am I doing? Trying to cover here, but the after hour games have me chasing, loss growing bigger and bigger.

So if I use this method of looking at previous days movers, then the short I have now, would be a candidate to short tomorrow, so I might as well hold, and hope that it pulls back tomorrow o_O
