Life is good for NYC landlords

We went from landlords to pussy. Lush meadows and trees to pussy. Concrete life to pussy. Stay tuned as men debate "Paper or Plastic Bags?- Where is the best pussy?"

The best pu$$y is the one naked on my sun lounge on a secluded beach.

Anybody that wants to watch the hottest mammies work out @ my health club has an open invitation, just don't embarrass me by looking like Newman.

Nothing, and I repeat, NOTHING will beat the strip tease class at Crunch Gym.

Been 2 years and I'm still amazed at what goes on in that room. Some of those bodies belong in magazine spreads.

Quote from MandelbrotSet:

Harlem is weird.

Some areas are choice, others not so much ... you have to take it on a block-by-block basis, and beware the fucking nutjobs, because they're lurking right around the corner.

Washington Heights is much more controlled, and if you're on the right side of Broadway, you have some really good values there. If you're talking about putting down money, that'd be my vote.

However, with Columibia University forcing gentrification, Harlem realestate does provide the greater reward, but for my money the risk far outweighs it.

In terms of living there, it depends on your personality. I like the nitty gritty, it has character. For example, I have been offered a great deal in downtown (by Battery Park) in a luxury building, yet I hesitate, because I find that area extremely boring and stiff. Some people love that area, because their personality is uptight and they like to be in that whole financial industry persona bubble.

Harlem seems to resemble East Village, just with a lot more diversity and a little more raw. That's the demographic which it appeals to the most and developers have taken advantage of this.

Really, people are being priced out of rest of Manhattan so they are looking in places that 10 years were considered war zones. I think the real irony is that what made SoHo such a hot spot was not the money but the poor struggling artists, actors, performers, writers, etc. When the money moves in, they move out. Now SoHo has no character, just overpriced restaurants & luxury items. East Village is undergoing this at the moment. Rinse & repeat.

I do think that Manhattan is overbuilt at the moment with all these new luxury (aka cheap overpriced crap) condos & rentals. Most NYC landlords are overleveraged. This place is due for a serious correction. There are already projects being abandoned midway through construction. Should get interesting.

I don't know how some of you keep your sanity.

Come to Michigan (not Detroit), with lush green lawns, 1 to 10 acre lots, and golf courses, crystal clear ponds, clean air, blue lakes and rolling ground all around (in the Northern Suburbs).

My lot overlooks a championship golf course, while not being directly on the course (no pesky golfers), a sweeping view of deep green rolling ground approximately 100 acres wide, with tall pines and spruce trees standing in perfect rows, and I have a true, springfed, 10 acre pond that is always gently flowing - oh, not to mention the "walking, rollerblading and bike path that is interconnected in a 25 mile link, that winds around a nature preserve with streams and small lakes, that lay 1/4 quarter mile from my front door.

I could never live in a city like New York. No offense.

If I ever had to move, it would be to Colorado or Utah, with a lot having a view of a wide expanse of mountains.

You see concrete, in shades of dirty gray, and the rich live right next to filthy areas. You are couped up in your drywall and concrete encased rectangles and squares, one place atop another.

I could not take it. Ever.

Dude. Do you want all the people from NY to move to your neighborhood? I live in a city that was recently at the top of a "most livable" list. You're better off keeping quiet and enjoying life. It's probably better that all the rat-racers are kept in crowded, small areas and paying high taxes for the rest of us. I want them to stay there, and keep their lifestyles there - not here.

I agree but when the money moves in they are forced out, they have to move out, it is not because the artists etc don't like the neighbors or the moneyed, the economic value of the use changes.

How long does it take to inflate her?

LMAO - so true. The guys that talk the most about pussy are the ones that get it the least. Either that or they're so obsessed with it that they are porn and jerk off addicts.

BTW, NYC is relatively not that expensive:

You guys need to stop bitching about the price of NYC. Especially when you can live in NJ for half the price. There are buses that go to NYC from all over NJ.
