Directly from our local Nursing Home we present a talent show

Note: In a good day when he's still a little alert this particular patient spend his day playing his Ukulele, and he reminisces about the old days of the railroad.

SouthAmerica: I assume that he is not wearing diapers, because at the end of his performance this old man raises his arm and say chichi.

In Portuguese "chichi" means that he needs to go to the bathroom to piss.

Fazer chichi = to piss
