Man, I am not sure if I mentioned it in this thread, but I think I have mentioned it before...You would look great with a bald head. Just shave it all off. The one thing about that idea is that if it doesn't work out, it will grow back in a few months!

I am not 50 yet but completely ditching all my powerlifting stuff and converting to knees over toes guy type stuff. I thought his name was so stupid but the guy is really amazing. I am about to go do my first workout with walking backwards with a sled. I have done tons of sled work but never really much backwards. New goal is to be able to do a split for my entire 50s and beyond.

Talk about making it big. The guy was even homeless a one point. At this age, though, I think he should be more circumspect about his use of PEDs.

An interesting tidbit. His dad, Rocky Johnson, was a Canadian pro wrestler. I used to watch that stuff as a little kid, and Rocky always played a good guy in the ring - the guy you would root for.
