Life after 50

I'm a terrible swimmer and not very comfortable in the water at all. I know I could get better with practice, but being comfortable in the water has always been my Achilles heel.

You're in the wrong state!

This is how I want to celebrate my 91st birthday, just like this gentleman:

Look at Actor Frank Grillo from the Netflix show kingdom . 55 yrs ripped to shrewds and 5% body fat . Few in the world at his age can look like that

After 50, nenya had more time for himself to go somewhere and try something new. But I have a small problem with my back, or rather chronic pain. It's good that I found a solution to my problem here. Now I try and do whatever I want.

Got myself a rib injury and man does it hurt. Think it happened doing decline bench press. Laid off a couple days, felt a bit better and went to the gym yesterday. Stooooopid. Now wearing a rib wrap and eating OTC pain relief. :banghead::mad:

My tennis is the best in my life. Sure the style is bad, thus I have a tennis elbow, but the ball actually goes where I want it, and almost without effort. Drives my partners crazy. :)

When I was younger I had less patience and the ball just went all over the place. Now with less physical effort I can achieve way more.
