65 here. Been doing this since 2009.
My first week we did so many push ups I couldn't lift my arms up to button my shirt.

Baron has that boyish face, like Brad even approaching 50 that all the women go crazy over.
He also has great hair.

I have just finished the documentary on Netflix called Ronnie Coleman: The King. This is a sad tale of a champion who overused his body (you can't squat 800 lbs without punishing your body and pay the price later on) and moves like an 80 year old at 54. But how do you tell the Champ when to quit?
