So I'm stopped in traffic and I happen to notice the license plate on the car in front of me. I say to myself, "I've gotta snap a photo of this for ET". I don't know what the "VV" represents, so that's a puzzle.

To add to the mystery, when I downloaded the photo to my PC and zoomed in for a closer look, I don't even see a driver. Go figure.
