I ignored it because it's stupid. So what if it's 2 guys, or 200 guys? It still says nothing about most liberals, much less all liberals. This is not something a great many people are going to turn out for, pro or con. This is a minor story looking for a headline, and the OP gave it because he's a reactionary tool.

Since when does tolerance mean acceptance of intolerance? Your logic is flawed or altogether missing. I don't care enough about the SWMF to see if it's just the latest manifestation of neoNazism but as long as they obey the law, they're entitled to their opinions. Wrong. Freedom of speech means intolerance isn't outlawed until it violates somebody else's rights.

Rush Limbaugh screams like a stuck pig every time somebody criticizes him. He spends at least half his radio time criticizing the speech of others but the instant somebody criticizes his speech: "Look at these leebrals trying to take away my freedom of speech!!!"

Be better than Rush Limbaugh, at least be less hypocritical. If being picketed by a few thin-skinned gay activists at your SWMF is cause for apoplexy, no wonder you guys make such easy targets in this forum.

To repeat: I have absolutely no issue with the Straight White Male Festival. I am mildly curious what their issues are but not motivated enough to actually research them, much less get involved. As far as protests, if they're too thin skinned to endure some equally thin-skinned gay protesters, then they all deserve each other. Much hilarity will ensue.

So straight white males have a "celebrate vaginas" event, and you're curious about their "issues," as you basically praise a lifestyle where a deadly disease is spread? Ok. Lol!

And if it will make you happy, I'm sure it will be a group of beer-drinking males showing up, one chick (probably a fat one with real issues), as it's now scolded, and uncool to pronounce you're happy to like females, and don't embrace gay behavior. Go out in public saying you're proud to be normal, and after the PC bomb clears, I can't imagine many chicks will be standing around. You can keep repeating it all you want. But the democratic party is supposed to be the party of tolerance. That means other people's views, even if they run contrary, are supposed to be accepted, even if they are not condoned. You can bring up Rush or other republicans, but the Republican party isn't known as the party of tolerance.

That's the hypocrisy.
