The only way change is going to come is through education, proper nutrition, a family that cares about their children, etc.

Socialism can't take care of 2 of the 3 primary ingredients above, so yes, it is incumbent on the black/white/green/red/yellow people to do their part.

Suggesting that the education the underprivileged get is adequate, or the food they get is nutritious is either stupidity on your part of just another of the typical lies I hear...

How is a totalitarian state any better than slavery? Blacks of all the groups should be the one most interested in free market and limited govt.
