I disagree with the premise that being somewhat poor or unprivileged is an excuse for rampant criminal activity. Whites, Latinos or Blacks.
If you screw up, you get locked up. Equal justice under the law.

However, I refuse not to vote for Obama just because he's Black. he's not the same type of "Black." He successfully rose through the ranks of Meritocratic (white) America.
The same way I refuse to condone afrrimative action because it's basically punishing a white person because other whites succeeded. totally ridiculous.
