Teach birth control all you want, (I FULLY AGREE WITH TEACHING BIRTH CONTROL) the thing is no one learns from that until they see the consequences of sex, first hand. A.K.A. BRISTOL PALIN. The thing is you need a good mix of all this to teach kids, you absolutely can not teach a kid not to do cocaine by having a teacher stand up and say "just say no to drugs," people learn through other peopls REAL LIFE experience. In the same regard you can not have a virgin teacher stand up and taslk about the problems of having sex.
