I'm sitting here thinking... wouldn't be very interesting if I could find a way to investigate who the real "Hosea and Mercedes" are - and get in contact with them personally, to let them know that their names are being used by someone with 9,600+ posts on ET, in ways that sound quite a bit like:

Essentially, I would play the role of Match Maker. Matching an Attorney who has the expertise, knowledge and wisdom to handle such a case, with the innocent human beings who "might" have suffered injury as a direct result of this and other threads instantiated and/or participated in by one calling himself "Atticus" on the EliteTrader.com forum.

Of course, this would involve the subpena of EliteTrader.com, including but not limited to their:

- Electronic Records
- Forum Database
- Forum Membership Information including but not limited to IP Addresses
- Forum Sponsors and possibly other Forum Members

Hmmmmm.... I say to myself. I wonder if I should do that...

If Atticus, can play with his computer, his browser and his search engine, then what stops an Attorney from doing the same (I say to myself). If Atticus, has an IP Address, then such information might be included in an subpena served on EliteTrader's Principle Owners. If EliteTrader's Principle Owners then decided to cover-up and/or hide such information from the subpena, then a really good Investigative Attorney, would easily find that out and bring such information to the court's attention post haste.

In the end, Hosea and Mercedes, get financially compensated for damages sustained by the acts of EliteTrader and its Principle Ownership.

Who knows what kind of damages could be awarded in such a case.

I think enough has been posted on this forum from Atticus, that it just might be worth finding out at this point. ;) Since I enjoy helping disadvantaged people anyway, it would be right up my alley to make such arrangements happen.

An interesting thought, when you take the time recognize the negative impact that such "libel" and/or "slander" could have on Hosea and Mercedes, wherever they are. Who knows, they might be involved in something where this Forum comes up and all of a sudden becomes detrimental to them personally, or in their business (if they have a business - who knows).

yeas, except, this thread isn't about you, it's about margin. If you want to talk about what a big trader you are, or even about what an accomplished pilot you are, why don't you start another thread, since obviously you know nothing about margin and only want to talk about yourself

and to be honest with you, your tired shit is getting really old.

I try to be nice, but now I have been drinking some of that good Old Kentucky (is there any other kind?) whiskey and you are bringing out the mean side of me.

If you want to talk about margin, have at it, if you want to get into a hissy fit about personal problems, take it to "Chit Chat" and try to keep this thread open tp real traders, not wannabe forex bucket shop victims.
 
I posted the partial IP so that the mods could corroborate. Obviously it's a Charter ISP address. I posted the redacted IP so that I am not hacked by people, other than yourself, who actually know how to do that sort of thing.
