Problem is the comission is very very expensive, to avoid this difficulty,
The best way is use expensive comissions another brokers level2 to check stock prices,
and order from low comission brokers level1 platform.
Is it possible?

what is the difference in comission between these two platforms?
 
comission for use of platform is almost same but, the comission to order buy stocks from level2 is so expensive?
