When you trade XOM do you also look at other symbols to judge where it might go. I hear XLE is a good indicator for that but I was wondering if there is a better one.
the best leading indicator for XOM is the NYMEX oil futures... since you probably wont be getting NYMEX any time soon at swift, then XLE would be my second choice.
or you could get the squawk from the oil pit... but it´s pricy... {around $500 per month}
