Level II and Total View Data

When I look at real time Level II and Total View on my trading platform, things move so fast that I have a difficult time comprehending what I am looking at, what it means, and how to use that information to improve my trading.

Any suggestions beyond "google it" would be appreciated both from your personal experience and suggested reading.

I am currently looking at:

but there isn't much about the practical use of the data.
 
you can use level 2 data to see the volume for certain prices for that symbol at that exact moment. this data can be used to help you predict price movements.
