As far as Total View - I am not sure what they is - I do use Ameritrace for my level II feed as IB has a limit on how many you can keep open - I see no reason anyine woudl get any advantage of anything more then level II as even that is half the time fake - we an all put in orders then pull them at any time
As for brokers IB is great as their platform can do so much and the cost is 1/2 cent a share
they have basket orders and iceburg and spreads etc..
