Letter to Debbie Wasserman Schultz, You lost in NH too.

Good read..

from the article,
Like many Americans, the stories about how Republican President Ronald Reagan and Democratic Speaker of the House Tip O’Neill worked together for the good of the country inspire us about the way politics should be.

Today, though, the problem is that the Party of Reagan and the Party of Tip O’Neill have never been farther apart.

While the Grand Old Party still seeks to follow Reagan’s vision of lesser government and a strong America, the Democratic Party is unrecognizable from Tip O’Neill’s tenure in the 1980’s.

A lot of it is theatre fed by stage managed wedge issues. There's been a de facto consensus on issues like illegal immigration, globalization, low marginal tax rates and deficit spending for a long time.

I think there's a palpable artificiality fatigue out there. There are liberals tired of the Clinton's Wall Street ties and endless spin, and right wingers sick of being pigeonholed as sheep who will support military adventurism and corporate globalism if you shake a bible at them for a few months every four years.

So you have working class evangelicals in South Carolina supporting the billionaire on his second wife because he seems to have a brash honest streak, and Democrats saying what's the point having the White House unless there's going to be a meaningful push against the establishment agenda.

The more the media tries to deflect voters away from Trump and Sanders, the more the voters want to put a stick in their eye.

DWS has her thumb pressed down firmly on the scale for Hillary and knows that no matter what happens Hillary will be handed the nomination because of "delegates".

The entertaining part is seeing the young Bernie supporters slowly begin to realize they are screwed even if they win every state. I think many of them will stay home for the general election.

Barrack Obama has brought you President Trump. Hail to the Chief!

I would say it's a lot more likely Hillary will win her nomination than it is Trump will win his.
