All denominations of Christianity believe the same basic tenants of salvation. (Catholicism is not included.)

Perhaps a minor difference in that slant, but again not the basics of salvation.

You can pull any verse out to cover any thought or point of view, but pulling out of context is not appropriate. Paul was referring to those that would lead them out of belief of Christ and who He was, thus out of Christianity. Not the minor stuff of say baptism and tongues and ....

It's called context because you view the entire surrounding writing. Not just a single verse.

Neither said nor implied christians did it right and non-christians did it wrong.

But not only believe what I believe, there's a sting, "don't believe what I believe and you're off to hell" and then tell us what hell is - eternal suffering in fire.
