Loneliness is the cause of some underlying condition. You need to find out. Sometimes, living in the same circle can also block your thoughts and make things boring. I guess, you need to interact with more people and work on your interests! Take professional help, if needed!

Saw this thread, and I think we are in pretty similar spot after stalking some of your posts previously. It's very difficult to connect with like minded because there are not that many of us. Even close friends and family wouldn't understand necessarily.
I think the best way is to find something meaningful to do besides trading. Like put % of cashflow into something meaningful, like a cause or something.

I have since found a Reddit room called FATfire. Loads of similar stories there.
P.s. ski and travel (once a month) did it for me.
Edit:. Happy to help as well if need. A small piece of advise that you already know but have not acted on yet can do wonders I find.
