GWB's point is retarded honestly. If the socialist mayors aren't absolute corrupt scum (and the same goes to capitalist mayors) then their priorities are social programs and services. If a capitalist mayor isn't corrupt scum, then his priorities are to privatize said services and bring in investments. Take the USPS pre-Trump and con sabotage for instance, pretty good socialist program.
