Inflation is it a all time high all over the western world..BOE/FED/ECB.. should raise rates..Inflatition is the enemy to growth.. comments? Time to squeeze those mortgage holders..for buying near the high

I agree, but apparently they are taking into consideration that the rest of the world is having some high inflation rates too, so it all equals out.
I think it's safe to say they're being pretty badly squeezed as it is.
Personally I don't think a raise is necessary,it feels like the whole world is grinding to a halt anyway.
Likewise,what's the point in cutting rates?They never get passed on to the customer anyway(unless you've got savings).
For once,they're doing the right thing - nothing.
If you bought a series of companies and then flooded the market with printed dollars it would make your investment worthless. The will raise rates to protect there investments as a precaution. The HMS valve would have to be concidered in any other situation.
I would bet they raise rates in the next ten days. They have to for said above reason.
