But I'll step back in time and if any of you ole timers remember Stanley Salvigsen, he ran a bear sector fund for Comstock. Around 1986 he started talking about a collapse in NYC real estate. So, tonight, I'll be looking at SI Green Realty Corp. I understand it's all NYC real estate. Another 29,000 people are done tomorrow. It ain't going up. Less demand, no credit.
